1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Ritchey's Mobile Detailing Services LLC website (ritcheysdetailing.com) or booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. OUR SERVICES

Ritchey's Mobile Detailing Services LLC provides mobile vehicle detailing services in West Bend, WI and surrounding areas. Services include interior detailing, exterior washing, marine detailing, wrap removal, and specialty vehicle cleaning as described on our website.

Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are managed through our Square booking system. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

3. BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are booked through our Square scheduling system. By booking an appointment, you agree to Square's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Access to Vehicle: You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled location and time. If we cannot access the vehicle upon arrival, this may be treated as a no-show.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is processed through Square at the time of booking or service completion as specified during the booking process. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You represent that:

• You own the vehicle to be detailed or have authorization from the owner
• You will disclose any known damage, fragile components, or special considerations before the appointment
• You will ensure a safe working environment at the service location
• Any personal items of value will be removed from the vehicle before our arrival

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ritchey's Mobile Detailing Services LLC carries proper business insurance. However, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear items, or damage caused by conditions you failed to disclose prior to service.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ritchey's Mobile Detailing Services LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to interfere with the website's operation.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Wisconsin.
